Sunny October

Techrights plans and more

Today's sun

Today’s bright start, with 20 degrees expected on Monday (yes, in October), is nothing to complain about. Today, for a change, the sick bird isn’t sleeping here overnight; we’d like to think of that as a sign of this bird getting better. She had loads of food yesterday as I fed her close to 20 times.

Tomorrow it’ll be one week before football resumes. This very long recess feels rather strange.

In other news, it seems increasingly probable that next year we’ll touch base with the Court of Appeal. There’s some other good news, but it’s premature to talk about it in public.

We’re starting to plan how to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Techrights. Not all of us are in the UK, so it’s tricky.
