Court of Appeal and Gemini Protocol

As planned

Today I saw this new (and timely) screenshot of something I had posted to Twitter (and JoinDiaspora, not Mastodon) 5 years ago. The screenshot was posted yesterday in Twitter (now ‘X’) and this relates to an issue we plan to bring to the Court of Appeal next year. A judge did not object to the matter being discussed just before Christmas of this year. Likewise, he did not award costs to anybody.

The plan to address the Court of Appeal remains relevant and practicable.
