Lying to King’s Bench Division (KBD) of the High Court is a Costly Mistake of Brett Wilson LLP and Its Clients

Lies become harder to sustain over time (more contradictions become evident)

kdb;
King's Bench Division of the High Court

For largely understandable (I hope) reasons I do not go into nitty-gritty legal or technical details about our court battles. I did, however, mention the Court of Appeal and I can double-down on that. We certainly have a genuine intention of pushing this upwards as (or if) necessary. We didn’t lose faith in the legal system; we strive to improve it and supply it with all the information that it needs. If it takes another 2-5 years, then so be it. We’re mentally and materially ready for it. Justice is the goal. Truth is the aim.

The other day KBD sent the papers needed for our next legal step, and more importantly KBD received the papers that we had sent on Thursday afternoon (confirmed and signed successfully, we captured evidence of that). I took note of that this morning. I wrote about some background information.

We sincerely believe that KBD will, over time (the longer this goes on for, the clearer things will be), realise what’s truly going on. It’ll understand that two Microsoft-connected Americans creating a burden on the system and on the taxpayers aren’t worth having (they’re funded by rich third parties for this lawfare or SLAPPs). We need a wide-ranging reform. We’re working on that with our ministers.

So many lies were told to several KBD judges. We’re managing to prove (more so over time) that they told lies.

Judges hate being lied to.
