Storm in Manchester United
his morning there’s a major storm (Storm Boelo), but the birds still nest here. Durian and Sweepy are on the handles and they seem intimidated by the gusts. It’ll intensify further at 9AM and won’t end any time soon. Maybe in the late afternoon we can visit the local park. Maybe not even that.
Michael Carrick’s Reds have a match today. It’s against Bournemouth when the winds slow down a bit.
Quoting Manchester United: “Bournemouth have received a major boost with the news that highly-rated forward Eli Junior Kroupi, who bagged the equaliser in last season’s Old Trafford goalfest, is potentially in line to feature at the weekend.”
Carrick will likely be separated from the team, prematurely, before the season ends.
Old Trafford has past glory; it cannot regain that.
