We Are All Human Beings
Convincing other human beings is a valuable skill among other skills
oday I was trawling through pages about Court of Appeal judges. One said that “judges at most levels, and certainly those in the Court of Appeal, [have] far more work [...] to be done out of court than in court.”
This other page states: “The Civil Division hears appeals from the High Court, County Courts and Tribunals. Its President is the Master of the Rolls. Cases are generally heard by 3 judges, consisting of any combination of the Heads of Division and Lord/Lady Justices of Appeal.”
Appointments are made by the British monarchy or approved by it (formality upon or after recommendation): “All Court of Appeal Judges are senior judges with lengthy judicial experience. Appointment is by The King on the recommendation of a selection panel convened by the Judicial Appointments Commission.”
Since I focus a lot on patents (for 20+ years already) I can easily recognise the name Sir Colin Birss, which stands out (to me) in this list.
Sir Mark Warby is for KDB. How I wish I could tell him how much the KDB has been lied to by Americans who engaged in lawfare as reprisal because I had spoken in the interests of the UK (or Europe).
