Will Reform UK disband this year, then reappear in a new shell?

They are already trying to censor blog posts about it, I assume using some threats.

That’s only to be expected from a corrupt, fascistic, racist political party (in commercial clothing or vice versa). Even the way they conduct elections is rigged. They take bribes from foreigners, run elections at taxpayers’ expense, then refuse to keep their promises (which is why they nowadays risk being out of business).

They are hijacking Americans’ cases, using American money

wo weeks ago the “hired guns” made it known to me what they were truly afraid of. It was the sort of thing that made them ‘pass out’ (seeing what I would cover next). A friend has said this post is “missing reference to restricted boot” and that “without the references, it always looks like a personal spat to newcomers to Techrights”. Having said that, the post is an index of articles that all mention restricted boot. “Please remember,” the friend said, “1) always bring up restricted boot if bringing up [these maters] 2) the article you are writing may be the first that people read on Techrights…”

I explained that GGG are “meat proxies” for whoever stands to benefit from what GGG (“Restricted Boot” Garrett, “Microsoft Plagiarism” Graveley & “Gas The Jews” Lozza) do to me and to my family. A friend says that they are, in effect, like “work gloves” or “catspaws” for someone else. We now know they’re manipulated and used by somebody else. Brett Wilson LLP is either funding this or is being funded to attack me and my family.

Denials of this are not sustainable. That matter was brought up before a judge (by my barrister).

This is why they’ve been dubbed “hired guns”.

If it’s legal, then it’s legal

still remember the first time the neighbours complained about bird-feeding. They kept boasting they had made a complaint. No other neighbour (as far as we know) had an issue with that.

Nowadays we feed particular birds at the back, sometimes at the front, sometimes in the nearby streets, always in Mayfield (both ways) and in a nearby park. We feed birds more than ever before and we feed more birds than we ever did.

To us, this was like a form of “activism”. At the end we got our way. The main opponent to the bird-feeding passed away a month ago.

Underappreciated factor

HE days have gotten a lot shorter very fast. It’s already getting partly dark around 6PM and won’t brighten up before 7AM. In the past, when my lifestyle was profoundly different, short days kind of depressed me, e.g. leaving the office at 5PM only to walk outside (outdoors) to see total darkness in late December.

Lighting is very important, not only inside a home (or office) but also outside. Lights impact or define moods.

Too bright a light is not helpful; many offices are very brightly lit, I assume as that’s assessed to have somewhat increased productivity. Bright white light, after all, illuminates things as best as possible. The impact on staff’s emotions seems not to matter.

When I was in university the lights were bright and white (not yellowish) like it was some giant supermarket. I didn’t like that. I wanted to bring my own light.

If the priority is happy workers (not just hyper-productive, eventually burned out), should we not expect better lighting arrangements?

Heal the world

HE local weather (for today) is a sign that today will be a fun day, as well as a long day, to write and publish. I’ve made the habit of sipping a hot brew, feeding the birds, and writing stories that help inform the public. My more personal stories are ‘offloaded’ to this blog.

Yesterday Durian finally ate from the jars (at last!) and this morning Rianne fed him too. He is growing very fast and we are becoming attached to him.

Birding is something (extracurricular activity for lack of a better term) we hope to inspire others to explore and adopt. The world needs more biodiversity. It breeds happiness for all, not only humans.

Other people’s accomplishments are not yours

think it’s fair to say people cannot be judged based on a lack of photo ops. However, we can judge them based on who they do choose to take photos with.

Throughout the years I’ve mostly if not only taken photos with family (siblings, parents, wife). I have no photos with my ex girlfriends, except one (and I think it’s only one single photo near a swimming pool).

The way I see it, losers who try to ‘absorb’ the status of people above them (like “publicity sponges”) say a lot about themselves.

HE Court of Appeal’s Web site states that “Court of Appeal Judgments are now published on the National Archives (TNA) new “find case law” service for the public. TNA will preserve the judgments as records in the archive. The judgments TNA is receiving for publication are joining the archive’s extensive collection of court records, dating back 800 years. The new service is intended to increase transparency and secure free access for all.”

An archive “dating back 800 years” is impressive. The High Court also places judgements there, much to the regret of people who engage in lawfare.

As of this week, it looks like there are at least 3 hearings ahead of us, most of them likely to take place in 2027. That hardly interferes with the ongoing activity of investigative journalism.
