he Reform UK auditor has been contacted by Daniel Pocock and hours ago I said that for nearly 4 months already the hired guns who bully both myself and my wife have published no financial report, which means it has been nearly 16 months since the last one. It moreover seems, based on court records, that they’ve hardly had any new clients this year.

My guess or my suspicion is that Reform UK is a lot like these hired guns: funded by foreign actors to act against the interest of the British public (for self-enrichment ambitions).

Their activities are not sustainable as the general public finds out what they are up to.

oday I had a long conversation with a friend about sites we catch cheating and plagiarising with slop. I pointed out many of them cease to release new material, with some going offline.

That serves to affirm my expectation and observation that sites which become slopfarms commit suicide.

When the bubble pops, which is inevitable and already “in progress”, all those sites will vanish faster.

oday I resumed the EPO series, at long last. This is the first part since July. It is guaranteed to have a positive impact, a push in favour of European democracy, not dictatorship.

I’ve meanwhile noticed that since last Sunday (gemini.)techrights.org has served close to half a million requests, but I am sure (without checking) most of these are bots.

Tomorrow we’ll keep busy publishing more than today (we stay home more). Rianne and I plan to go feed animals at the park (squirrels too, not only birds) near the stadium. We are trying to digest the news about the Manchester City court battles. Some of that resembles things we’ve long studied.

oday we blacklisted two sites [1, 2], not only one, for using slop.

I blacklist sites when they become too risky to even consider for redemption.

My wife blacklisted these, I did the same, and even an associate has blacklisted what what not worthy of his time. As he put it, “if the slop blog feeds are commented out, then they are not fetched and that is a good thing, not just regarding RRRRRR’s speed, however the XML parser skips comments because it *cannot* process them by design which makes it harder to spot accidental re-inclusion” (we have tools to manage sites to curate).

The EPO series will resume today. Since summer I’ve published 36 parts and they have had a positive impact. They expose corruption. They help people pursue justice.

think I was about 3 when I was in a particular place and time and can still vaguely remember that place and time. I also think that psychologists deem this to be normal, based on the belief people cannot have any vivid memories of them being 1 or 2 (belief; we cannot “read” brains). I don’t know why, but it’s something to do with memory retention in the brain as it ages. I also think that recollection requires rehearsal, so in order for me to remember some moment from age 3 I’d need to recall that at age 5, then 7, 10 and so on. It reinforces that memory.

The same is true for adults in their professional lives. Without exercising some skill regularly, that skill will be lost.

This is one strong argument against using slop, either in a business (collective skills/retention thereof) or as an individual.
