When Planes Go Missing or the “Enemy is Within”

Can one trust air crews?

Dubai plane

THE BBC says that one pilot attacked another in a plane – reminiscent of what happened in Germanwing when one pilot locked the other out of the cockpit (the more senior pilot blocked) to crash everyone into a mountain.

That makes one wonder what happens to some (still) missing places like the one from Malaysia.

Corruption in Europe

Yes, in Europe

A place in Norway

Today it’s above 20 degrees again (it was last night as well), so sunbathing was feasible whilst at the same time coming up with ideas for articles and snoozing in between. October is exactly half a day away and I have ideas of EPO coverage that can impact patent affairs.

Corruption in Europe needs to be spoken about, even if there is a tendency to focus on Russia, China, and the US.

Corruption is everywhere, says an old adage; that’s not an excuse for looking away or not reporting it.

Addiction on the Net

This coming February marks 5 years since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began. It (same month) also marks the time I quit all social control media ‘cold turkey’.

Why did I not do this sooner?

Simple.

I was addicted.

It’s easy to look back, recognise a mistake, then explain it.

I’m much better off without any of that nonsense.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) the Much Bigger Culprit

OK only for Qatar?

Paris Saint-Germain game

Trying to wrap my head around the ManCity predicament, and seeing we’re almost exactly two weeks away from the next home match (very difficult match against the two-times-in-a-row European Champions), I must wonder what the French say about PSG and how financial doping by Qatar is somehow OK. Yes, PSG is a much bigger culprit.

After what Qatar did in the EU and FIFA, as is well documented, I suppose nobody was really punished. So football is becoming increasingly toxic with double-standards and inconsistent enforcement.

Andy Burnham Complains That Social Control Media is “Running Britain Down.”

Together by Burnham

He identifies the cause:

Andy Burnham doomscroll

I generally like Andy Burnham and some of the people he has chosen to work with him in Westminster.

Many people speak of his latest speech. His speech starts by correctly identifying a problem: Andy Burnham mentions “doomscrolling” by which he probably means Facebook, x.com, and all those other toxic and foreign sites whose purpose is to promote the political goal of masters like MElon.

Durian and Peanut

Already loved

Durian Fruit

Today we gave names to the two baby birds that hang around here, sometimes overnight. Rianne has called the brown one “durian” and the grey one “peanut”. It’s looking like they’re here to stay and I can babysit them just to make sure no cat tries to ambush/hunt them.

Technology and Science Lose Ground to Charlatans

Palace of Culture and Science

Palace of Culture and Science Pa?ac Kultury i Nauki Warsaw Poland Public Domain

The richest people who control “Science and Technology” are usually not techs. Technology does not matter to them. They have no background in science. They do have a religion though. This religion is called “Money” and the money they want (paper bills) says “In God We Trust” (or something to that effect).

Unless society rectifies this, imbalanced goals and objectives will supersede common sense, ruining people’ physical and mental health while destroying the environment.

Because “In God We Trust”.
